Biography
I am currently a fourth-year Ph.D. student in the School of Computer Science at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, advised by Prof. Shizhen Zhao. Before that, I received my bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in June 2022.
I interned at VMware (with the Antrea group) in 2022 and at Microsoft Research Asia (advised by Ran Shu) in 2024. I am currently a visiting Ph.D. student at the University of Washington, advised by Prof. Arvind Krishnamurthy.
Research Projects
My research interests lie in optimizing networked systems for end-to-end AI workloads. My recent research falls into two main directions:

Container networking
, which aims to improve container networking performance, including:
- ONCache (NSDI25) , a cache-based, low-overhead container overlay network implemented with eBPF, designed to improve performance to near bare-metal levels.
- VEP (NSDI25) , an annotation-guided eBPF program verification toolchain that enhances eBPF programmability.

RDMA networking
, which explore efficient RDMA networking for AI workloads, including:
- LubeRDMA (APNet24) , an RDMA failure-resilient layer for distributed training that can fall back ongoing RDMA traffic to an intra-host backup RNIC.
